Send samples of your images to Prime Recognition

If you are performing OCR of 100 or more pages a week, and are interested in high accuracy OCR or looking for reliable, and feature rich, production OCR software, send us some samples of your images.

Attach 10 images or less to an e-mail. We will OCR your image(s) and will email the results back to you for your review and comments.  We can accept bitonal, single or multi-page TIFF files at resolutions of 200, 240, 300, 400 or 600, including standard FAX.

Please help us determine the best way to process your images by including the following information:

  • Project Volume (e.g., 70k pages to OCR) or on-going volume (e.g. 5k/day)

  • OCR accuracy requirements (99%, 99.5%, higher)

  • Will you be performing manual error correction after OCR?

  • Is each image the same layout and font?

  • Is zoning required or are the images full-page processed through OCR?

  • What output format will be required? (ASCII, Formatted ASCII, RTF, PDF Normal, PDF Image Plus Hidden Text, if other please indicate what format your project requires)
